All Manufactures reccomend your unit to be checked out by a certified technician every year. This helps ensure longevity, safety, and proper function of your unit.

Each additional fireplace is an additional $50. The fireplace must be in working condition.

If cancellation is made on the spot or without notice then the Cancellation Fee of $65.00 will be due. If you book in the future then it will be deducted from the total balance. Please note all your personal accommodations you wish us to make before arriving.

Must return every year for the his rate. Please be available all day or accessible within 10-15min of us texting you. You will be notify when we are on our way via text message. Please take into consideration that some appointments take 5mins to diagnose and others could take hours.
