All service calls or consultations must be canceled within 24 hours of the appointment. A no-show or on-arrival cancellation results in a $65 cancellation fee. Unpaid balances are subject to a $35 daily late fee; after one week of non-payment, legal action will be pursued.

The service call / inspection fee is due regardless of how long diagnosis takes — but it's waived if you move forward with the recommended repair or project.

Fireplace, fire feature, and patio heater annual servicing, cleaning, and adjustment — for returning clients only.
In-home consultation covering refacing and fire feature upgrade options, with brochures and samples on-site.
Steam cleaning of interior and exterior, plus a soak for heat tamers, grates, and removable parts. Bi-annual service is $199 after the first cleaning. Each additional grill or accessory is $200.
Service, cleaning, and diagnosis of the dryer vent system. Does not include appliance repair. Each additional dryer or vent is $150.
Service, cleaning, and diagnosis of ductless mini split equipment. Each additional unit is $150.
General labor includes equipment and personnel to complete the job.
3-hour minimum.
For projects over 3 hours (up to 8). A minimum of 3 estimated hours is required for this rate.
Projects exceeding 6 hours, typically for installs of ThePyroGuy-provided product.

Covers pulling the permit and being on-site for inspection sign-off. Reimbursed upon arrival.
